love Chromaphone -- made a video!
Hi Folks,
I wasn't sure where to put this post, but I definitely recommend Chromaphone. In fact, I'm so jazzed about it, I made a video on it!
Chromaphone is percussion synth produced by Applied Acoustic Systems (same company that made String Studio). It actually covers a whole range of sounds besides percussion -- strings, keyboards, bass, effects, and more. What's cool about this synth is that it's very easy, and totally fun, to create your own sounds.
I've posted a video on YouTube providing a general overview of it and a demo on how to create your own instrument.

Feedback on the video is welcome (it's my first one!).
Thanks!

Nice job, MW. I love the AAS plugs and can't wait to get my virtual hands on Chromaphone. Your video just whetted my appetite a little more!

Yes, great job. I love AAS too. I bought Lounge Lizard some time ago and it sounds great.jonnybutter wrote:Nice job, MW. I love the AAS plugs and can't wait to get my virtual hands on Chromaphone. Your video just whetted my appetite a little more!

Thanks, all.
I've posted a few more videos on specific features of Chromaphone: a survey of the presets, the Noise Module, the LFO, and the Key, Velocity, and Pitch Controls. These can be found here:
