Thank you, once again screener #332 (may be from the listing party) for taking a few moments to give feedback on this Y/N listing:
The song is "Adrenaline" on my Taxi profile... The screener comment:
You have a really great 90's vibe on this track. I can hear a lot of Pearl Jam/Alice In Chains influence stylistically on "Adrenaline" Unfortunately the overall feel of the track is slightly off target regarding the energy the music supervisor needs for music to play back with picture. I have enjoyed listening.

TOP-LEVEL HOLLYWOOD MUSIC SUPERVISOR working on a MAJOR STUDIO FEATURE FILM is looking for "UPBEAT, ANTHEMIC, '90s ROCK SONG in the spirit of U2, OASIS, BUSH, THE HAPPY MONDAYS, and BLIND MELON." This film is a period piece, so the Music Supervisor is looking for AUTHENTIC SOUNDING songs of the era. LYRICS are NOT AS important as the overall STYLE, SOUND, and VIBE of the INSTRUMENTATION and PRODUCTION. Probably a good idea to avoid raunchy profanity in your lyrics. Quoting the Music Supervisor, "We are down to the final stages of this film, and we're heading in to the editing room to swap out certain songs that cannot stay. We need music that sounds like the BIG HIT SONGS of the '90s. Think "Until The End Of The World" by U2; "Supersonic" by Oasis; "Everything Zen" by Bush; "Step On" by The Happy Mondays, ...and that song by Blind Melon..." (He was referring to "No Rain" by Blind Melon). As always, do NOT copy or rip off the referenced bands in any way, shape or form. TAXI TIP: These songs set the tone for the film and its characters. Use referenced songs as a guide for tempo, lyrical themes, emotion, instrumentation, etc. Please go to Youtube or iTunes and listen to theses referenced tracks before pitching your songs! MALE VOCALS are PREFERRED, but FEMALE VOCALS will be considered. Quoting the source: "If you are submitting female vocals, please do NOT submit anything too sweet, soft, or girlie. These songs must have a certain EDGE and GRIT to them." Broadcast Quality is needed (excellent home recordings are fine, and this Music Supervisor is a stickler for GREAT sounding audio and production!) ESTIMATED FEE: $2,500 to $10,000, depending on the use. (There are several different spots they need to fill. Some are more featured than others). You must own or control 100% of the Master and Composition rights. No samples of other artists' can be included in your song. This is DIRECT to the Music Supervisor, so you will KEEP 100% of the income should you get a placement. NO PUBLISHER SPLITS! Please submit one to three songs online and make sure you include LYRICS! ALL submissions will be screened on a YES/NO BASIS by a person HAND-PICKED by the Film Studio's Music Supervisor. NO FULL CRITIQUES FROM TAXI. Submissions must be received no later than 9:30am (PST) MONDAY, MARCH 5th, 2012. TAXI # Y120305RK
