Good to have you on board June. After seeing this thread I thought I needed to chime in on this since my boy Brad hit the nail on the head. The majority of people here are not interested in rap, electronica, or R&B, those genres that dominate the top 40 charts. I can count on two hands who I've seen on the forums over the years that actually make that kind of music. That being said, been seeing more people lately and it's a breath of fresh air to know that there are others actually doing it. Grant it, my genre falls mostly into pop dance type stuff (think Pussycat Dolls, Natasha Bedingfield, or Rihanna) but I'm always making music that is an amalgam of those genres. When I did post, I got little to nil responses so I simply stopped posting. Now that I know of the five or six people who actually are near my genre, I can at the very least PM them for advice. So...all is not lost. God bless.

Just wanted to say, that just because someone doesn't produce rap or R&B, it doesn't mean they aren't interested in it. I've seen a fair amount of electronica around these parts
