Sugar Hill GangRun DMCCypress HillSnoop DoggEminemNot much market penetration 'round these parts for more modern cats with nuthin' to rap about but their bling and their hos and their money and their clothes. I don't consider Hall & Oates to be a rock act, btw; more straight-up Philly Soul, if you ask me.

Great to see all the responses to the Top 5.I wanna see some of the senior member's fav's! Hi, Hummingbird.Wow, Mr. Wendell!I think the lead MC is still writing for peeps in the industry.Anyone remember Kid n' Play?I just saw Kid at Barney's Beanery here in Hollywood.Ahead of their time? They were the ONLY rap group that had movies, comics, lunch-boxes, a cartoon, etc...maaaarketing!Seems to be a healthy list of Hip-Hop/Rap opps this time around on the main page.Niiiice....Question.Upon joining Taxi, are there more listings for all genres for members?Like, the one's on the main page being only a sample?Just curious.I Voted 2Day!!!

Nope, those are all of them. But they post additional listings the 1st and 15th of every month so before you know you'll have more listings to look at. -Steve
