I don't feel that this CH is quite as inspired as on"Not with me." I know that this is highly subjective, yet thisCH feels too crafted to me vs. inspired / organic in it's melodicarc - "Jun 5, 2009, 2:23pm, tedsingingfox wrote:My fingers are getting a little worn out with typing the same things to you over and over and over again.congrats. But that's ok... it's gonna find a home, just gotta be patient till the right one comes along. Heck, my wife and I looked at over 20 houses before we found "the one." You totally rock! I love both tracks! I have to disagree with the screener's comments...I really love the chorus of WGBA! Congrats again. You've had a great week - so happy for you!!

They're both terrific mod top 40 rock songs! Bullseye!I find the screener comments re. "Won't go.." dumbfounding. For one, I think it has the stronger and more in your face big time chorus. If this chorus is too "crafted" and not inspired, what does that screener have to say about Daughtry and D Cook's biggest hits? What's the difference? These songs are honestly just as good, with just as good production and singing. Hey, never forget, Decca passed on the Beatles!

I kinda like the chorus on WGBA too Jun 7, 2009, 1:34am, pedro wrote:"Not With Me" is just awesome! I'm really impressed by the production, voice, great melody. Congrats!!Thanks Pedro... This was a song that I wrote with my best friend Joel and then we hired Logan Pepper to do the vocals for us. The other track that didn't get forwarded was a co-write between me and Logan.Jun 7, 2009, 7:07am, adamstrings wrote:They're both terrific mod top 40 rock songs! I didn't necessarily agree with the return either but I'm not gonna lose any sleep over it. I've had the same screener many times now and they've always given me great feedback on the songs they return and forward. I thought both songs should have been forwarded, but I usually think that about every song I submit lol- Big Blue

Thanks B! The bass was a Squier Jazz Bass 5-String with active pickups. My first insert in the chain is a preset in Guitar Rig 3, followed by a Compressor, then an SSL 4000 Channel strip for saturation, EQ and more compression, then another EQ rolling off the highs (technically couldn't done this on the channel strip plug-in) and then one more side-chain compressor - Big Blue
