Thanks again to everybody here for their input - it was very helpful and we think we've got the final mix ready for submission to this TAXI listing later this evening.

The remix, now simply titled "Rain Of My Soul", is available for listening on Suzanne's TAXI home page at http://www.taxi.com/suzanneschnite and also on my SoundCloud page as http://soundcloud.com/richmstudios/rain-of-my-soul.

Hi guys,

I think you are definitely in the target.
The only things that come to mind were:
- Can the instrumentation be a bit more sparse
- Reduce the amount of chord changes
Just my thoughts. Hopefully they help.
Best of luck!

I think bringin up those elements in the mix really helped.

Best of Luck.

Some great tips Pedro. Unfortunately we didn't have the time to implement those types of changes and the song has been submitted. So, we'll see how it goes and will update this thread whether or not it's a forward or a return to let everyone know how it turned out.

Russell, thanks again - those simple tweaks really brought the track to life!

Once again, Rich and I want to thank all the forum folks who helped us gain a different persepective and a fresh set of ears to this. It has been much appreciated.

Sincerely,

Suzanne
