Got our first forward on our team's submission to the ad below.

Pretty excited; not sure what to expect, but definitely made our Friday.

MAINSTREAM COUNTRY HITS with MALE VOCALS in the style of "Summertime" by Kenny Chesney, "Country Girl" by Luke Bryan, "Take A Back Road" by Rodney Atkins, etc., are needed by a HEAVYWEIGHT INDEPENDENT NASHVILLE PUBLISHER working with a POPULAR COUNTRY ARTIST. They're looking for "Smash" Hits for this Country Star. The Publisher has requested, "MID-to-UPTEMPO only, no ballads." Vocal and instrumental demo presentation must be top-notch. Please submit one to three songs online or per CD, include lyrics. All submissions will be screened by the publisher on a YES/NO BASIS - NO CRITIQUES FROM TAXI - and must be received no later than Tuesday, November 16, 2012. TAXI #Y121106CO

Thanks everyone! I'm reading all of the old posts pretty thoroughly in order to try and understand what's what on Taxi. Gonna head into the studio and record a few more songs in the next few weeks with an eye on a few of the current listings.
