Thanks Russell, I got the ohdotoh soundcloud before I chose the 6bq9 name and didn't want to change the account name and confuse the people who were already following me. I was playing live as 6bq9 doing a looping instrumental thing, but decided it was too much work for too little reward and built a studio in my backyard to play in instead.

I understand the decision to drop live performance in favor of the studio. I did the same thing. While the extra money on the weekends was nice, I need to concentrate on something that could give me returns beyond the immediate.

I'm in NE, near the 82nd St. Max station.

I have several toys, but mostly I fall back to the Roland VG-99 recorded into a Zoom HD-16 and then massaged vigorously in Sonar X2.
