Another Newbie....

Hi folks, greetings from not so sunny Ireland. My name is Ger Lamon and I just wanted to introduce myself on the forums. I've been a member of Taxi for about 18 months but have only really been submitting music regularly for about 6 months. I made the same error that other members have mentioned: after my first return I had to lick my wounds and instead of focusing on improving my songs and sounds I retreated but now I'm determined to become a better songwriter/musician and utilise correctly the resources and opportunities that Taxi offers.

On a personal basis, I'm married with 2 young children, who are proving a drain on studio time at present...

Anyway, I'm looking forward to participating in the Taxi community over the coming months (and years), it certainly seems to be a very welcoming and helpful group.

Welcome aboard! Yes this is a great resource especially for getting some seasoned sets of ears to listen to your music and offer their opinions/suggestions and of course to to hang with colleagues.
