Recent AC Power Ballad Listing

I noticed a recent listing that was looking for:

"HUGE HOOKS and SWEEPING melodies are essential for this pitch. They're looking for songs with an EMOTIONAL and POWERFUL message. Well structured songs with a BIG, DRAMATIC chorus.

So far so good but I found it really confusing when one of the songs they referenced was "Have I Told You Lately That I Love You". Definitely not a huge hook song, I don't consider the melody sweeping and no big dramatic chorus. In fact I would say the song is AABA and has no chorus.

i agree, i see this all the time, when the reference song(s) doesn't fulfill the criteria of the songs they're looking for... so use the reference songs as a general guide and ADD what they want
