HOW GOOD R FORUM MEMBERS ????

Post by jay10music » Sat May 23, 2009 3:41 pm

Well I will tell U....Last week the r-man got stuck on a very confusing upload on one of his deals..This was some thing I had never seen and believe me this was scary..Ripping the Cd's to my hard drive...Converting 2 aif..Down loading ftp client...Up loading songs to the client..And then transferring to the company..I'm sure many of u know what this is and have gone through this same dilemma . So I called on some of my Forum friends 4 a little help and boy did they come through..It started with "mazz" who was acquainted with this kind of thing and gave me the info on how 2 put a master quality file folder together on my hard drive..Then "Vince" who explained some of the procedures 2 get the hold thing going and oh ya.."Suzy" who steered me to some of the sites to transfer Cd's to aif files..and get me closer to getting through this delemma... And 2 those people I thank u so much.. But this story has a Silver Prince who went beyond the helping stage and spent hours of his time and may I mention called me on the phone with patients of a cat, and stayed the course till we finally got the most aggravating thing of my life conqured..THIS PRINCE.....Steve Barden.....Jay..

I guess the moral of this story is that the next time I get into trouble with my wife, I need to call Steve to bail me out.

Hmmm, so Steve's a matchmaker, eh? Could you forward a few possibilities my way? This could be a whole new aspect of Taxi's listing services . . . ;-)Suz
