Ya, what Andy said.

When a :30 second spot is purchased, the networks ain't gonna give them :34 or :32 or even :30.5. They's only gonna get :30.0 (or less) air time.

So...needless to say, I feel really silly. I posted the wrong link to my music page and didn't notice it until much later. I've removed the songs anyway because I'm still working on them but I wanted to send out my apologies in case any of you clicked on the link only to be asked to log in. Is anyone else going to post their work?

I submitted this little jingle

I think Chris J Walter totally nailed it with his submission though - good luck Chris!

I appreciate all the comments done on this post especially Juliet's and Andy's. I regret not remembering what was previously written prior to posting my comments. I tend not listen to other peoples tracks in fear of accidentally copying someone else's music. I'm sure mine is the worst one submitted but I left it accessible for listening on my taxi page taxi.com/dynamicalan. I did not use real guitar's on the track but only Kontakt 5 guitars. I did get the song returned. But, I think there should have been many reasons why it wasn't forwarded. I kept editing the track until a few hours ago so I don't know which version was the one listened to. I hope everyone on this post did get forwards and I hope to hear about these as I'm sure we all would like to hear. Now that the song's finished I do want to spend some time listening to the tracks by others given on this post. I wish everyone the best on this.

Since I started this thread just wanted to let you know my quick idea was forwarded today! Totally unexpected. It's the first song on my Taxi page. I'm not holding my breath waiting to get a call.... but it's fun being considered. :)

That is awesome! Glad to hear it!

Stuart and I got returned, and based on the comment our track rcv'd, I can see why you made it through this step.. Good Going!!

Congratulations Dave. That's great!

I just listened to your track and it sounds great. I'm afraid I got confused with all the restrictions. Yours really hit the target.

What did you all think of the TAXI TV show yesterday? Mine wasn't played but very cool and educational listening to some of the forwards. Would be neat to know which piece ends up getting chosen.
