Live Looper with In Ear Monitor

Hello,
I was recently playing a gig where I used a looper through my PA Speaker. I wasn't using any headphones or anything and I thought I would be able to hear what I was looping through the speaker. I couldn't hear much because of the noise of the place I was playing. Therefore, my loops were off. Is there a cheap in ear monitor system that could help me with this? If so, any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I'm still new to gigging and all this tech stuff.
