Thanks for the replies, everyone. Per my usual forte, I've been lurking in the shadows... watching. 
Sadly I won't be able to make the Road Rally this year. When you have to choose between food & utilities, a plane ticket and hotel booking is awfully low on the totem pole. Next year! Next year!
In the interim, scouring the listings is the order of the day. Onward!!
