Hey everyone

When it's NOT written in the listing that I have to own 100% of the rights, does that mean, that I can submit to the listing and if the song should be chosen for the artist they will be willing to work with a Publisher if there's already a Publisher having a % on the particular track?

On the song I want to submit I have a one-song-publishing deal, and as the Publisher has not yet gotten it to any artist, we have agreed that I can also work for it (pitch it to artists) and whoever gets it a cut first, tells the other so it's not going to be promised to two artists similarily.

Can I submit the song to listing S131212TP - CONTEMPORARY TEEN POP SONGS?
