No Feedback More than 30 days
I'm just wondering why there are times no feedback is received more than 30 days already. It has happened previously and you only get the feedback unless you follow-up on it. Does this happen to anyone here too?

Re: No Feedback More than 30 days
It depends on the listing. Sometimes I'll get a notice (yes or no) within a day of the expiration. However, it's also been nearly 6 weeks on a few. They'll let you know ...
If you think they missed you, check you submission history and see what's pending in there. If nothing is, contact Taxi to see why you didn't get the notice.
Cheers,

Cheers,

If I log off, I may never be able to get back on

@PeterD, thanks for the advise. I guess I would have to follow it up with taxi.

Re: No Feedback More than 30 days
Are you talking about feedback from submitting to the listings? The listing results can take longer than 30 days easily. If it's a popular listing then there's just more music for them to screen and if there's a critique involved then that obviously takes a little longer for each submission. When all of the music has been screened then the results go out to everyone that submitted.divinorivera wrote:I'm just wondering why there are times no feedback is received more than 30 days already. We do not have to contact Taxi to get our listing results when the screening is completed

Just have to chime in to say, that there have been a couple of occasions where I didn't get notified about the results being in....I only knew they were in because members posted on the forum about returns/forwards - so it's easy and good to check (if this is he first time), to make sure you're on the lis (by calling TAXI 's 800 number. But if you haven't seen anyone reporting forwards or returns on the forum, it's likely it's just taking a bit longer....

Yes, what Dave and others said... Before contacting Taxi, log in to your account and check your submission history. If your submission is still up top under "Awaiting Critique", Taxi hasn't finished reviewing all the submissions yet. They don't send out emails until all the review are done.
It can take more than 30 days depending on many variables- the listing, the number of submissions, whether or not it is an "S" listing (full critique), if there is a particular screener needed, etc... *MOST* of the time things don't go much beyond 30 days but some have taken as much as 6 weeks.

Divino,
I didn't notice this being mentioned. I just wanted to make sure you realized that it is 30 days from the ending of the listing and not 30 days from when you submit that Taxi should be getting back to you with results. So if yo submit to something early, it could be quite awhile before they are supposed to get back to you.

Re: No Feedback More than 30 days
but the ones that perplex me are submissions for listings that say i.e "Music Supervisor Urgently needs" etc etc, so I rush to my studio and create what I believe may be the perfect submission for that listing but it's still in the "awaiting" box 2-4 weeks after the deadline expired

Deadline of that listing was 10/23/13 and only received feedback 12/5/13.bobporri wrote:Divino,
