Nice to get these forwarded after being returned recently!

One thing I wanted to mention, there was a critique for "Where's My Pants" -

"Great title and a fun track! Not a deal breaker by any means, but the verb was a bit heavy on the marimba for my taste. Will pass along!"

The thing that I dug about this was even though the reverb was too much for this screener's taste, they realized that it was indeed THEIR personal taste.

MUSIC LIBRARY specializing in REALITY TV placements needs Mid-to-Up Tempo QUIRKY, SNEAKY, and MISCHIEVOUS, INSTRUMENTALS to add to their catalog. Think of pizzicato strings, bells, and any other instrumentation that will add a bit of comedic tension to a scene. Quoting the Owner of the Library: “I want the kind of instrumental that works for shows like Desperate Housewives, or the Real Housewives. You know, when someone is acting suspicious, sneaking around in their neighbor’s bushes, peering into windows, or just setting up some kind of twisted scheme.” Your Instrumental track should have a sense of mystery, tension, and release without sounding dark. Keep the mood fun and light-hearted. Instrumentals that build and have lots of interesting start and stop points could work very well for this pitch. Cues with buttoned endings are strongly encouraged for this type of pitch. All Instrumentals must be a minimum of 60 seconds long. Broadcast Quality is needed (great sounding home recordings are fine). This Library offers an EXCLUSIVE one-year agreement. If your Instrumental Cue is placed within that first year term, and earns over $300, your cue will automatically enter into an agreement for perpetuity (meaning for life of the copyright) with this Library. If your instrumental is NOT placed within the first year, 100% of ALL rights will revert back to you! You must own or control 100% of the Master and Copyright to pitch for this opportunity. You CANNOT have your instrumental placed with any other library or catalog. All instrumentals will be screened on a Yes/No basis. No full critiques. Please submit 1-3 instrumentals no later than Wednesday, December 11th, 2013 by 3pm (PDT). TAXI #D131211IN

Congrats Brian! Very cool of the screener to do that.

Great vibe on the tunes. :)
