An older track needs a great female vocalist.....
I wote a track about a year and a half back that screams for a female vocalist to knock it out of the park. I do have a version written, but want to redo everything - my knowledge of production etc is much further along then when I recorded. Still believe in this one, and since writing it have seveal libe=ray contacts. SO what I could offer is a library contact (or 2 or 3) and possible work for hire arrangement for a small amount of money (thinking like $25). Posting this to see if there is any interest. If any responses can offer up the original version and take it from there. Once we start I like to try to wrap things up in about a week's time. Most of the work of course is on me. Singer just has to deliver a great vocal performance that is above the one that you'll hear on my demo. Anyone interested ? This will definitely be going to at least one library , and a fairly high end one. so needs to be absolutely professional. Feel free to look up Chuck Mott on Soundcloud if you are curious as to what my own level of musicianship is. Respond here or message me. Thank-y.

Would it be helpful if you're on the fence to actually hear the track? Could potentially work for a good male pop vocalist as well. Believe it would work well particularly in TV pop situation, for the 15 -21 crowd particularly. Any takers?

Howdy, Chuck -
I'm not the female singer you're looking for
...
but, I thought it might be a good idea if you (like the listings) have some idea of the type of voice/performance you are seeking;
maybe post either a few artists names; or, possibly an "ala"/reference track or two.
There are some wonderful lady singers here in Taxi Wonderland...with a variety of styles and ranges.
And, yeah: I would think the track would help, too...to see about the range needed to deliver a great performance.
Good luck with your search.
Cheers.

Just a quick note. I did ge a response to this, will put the version up on SOundcloud when done, and going to get it off to some libraries shortly after. May want to check in on Peer to Peer for some vocal processing feedback. Thanks.
