1st Forward Within 30 Days

Ok I have been enrolled in TAXI for less than a month and got a forward for an HIP HOP listing that required vocals on an instrumental.

My track is now in the hands of a music supervisor. I think it's awesome! AND I got a certificate to congratulate me.

Thank you TAXI for helping me take a step forward to my dream.

Right on, Big!!

Back in the day, it used to be a chore to get your demo tape on a record exec's desk. Even if you did, the mystery of what happened next was very real. They might listen that day and not have a spot for it. They might file it for 5 years and contact you then ... or never. Or call you and talk bizz within a week. In any event, you were good enough to make it into the pile of songs that would go on that desk. For that, congrats!! :D

The hurdles are: write-the-best-tune-you-can-for-the-listings > forward > signed to library/music supe/artist > licensed > $$

Now, go make some more. :D
If I log off, I may never be able to get back on ;)
