paul, there is always 'something' in your writing that stands out to me, and your understated vocal and playing style really enhance it...kinda the same vibe that jj cale used to express. he's more blues, you're more 60's california. my recommendation is to hook up with the right producer/engineer who gets your writing/performance style and can produce you, using the right session players...but with you on every track as well, to keep your honest vibe on it. i really mean this, not just slinging compliments.

Peter..oh yes humor is priority one...especially looking in the mirror

rd

Coming from one of the best musicians I have heard, that makes this upcoming birthday ever so tolerable:)

If you would ever be interested in being a part of some of this stuff I throw together I would be honored.

Sounds a bit desperate I know. I have never given my music a chance not pitching it anywhere.

Thanks for saying what you did.

Sincerely

Paul

I totally agree with this.

And way better I think with the reduced distorted guitar volume. Very nice!

paul thx for asking...i don't have time for another project right now...and i think you need to find like an ex-member of canned heat or someone from that era who would know how to produce your sound. take it off the bucket list and put it on the front burner...you'll be glad you did. you're that unique.
