give a mentor session away?

I am a TAXI member and I will be attending with a talented friend as my guest.

I know she cannot claim a mentor session, not being a member. Can I, without breaking rules or ethics, sign up for a mentor session and give it to her?

I would say call the office, on that one. Generally each mentor has a list, so they can't just move the next person up when there's a no-show, but I'm guessing, here.
