I ask this question because last year at the 15min mentoring that the label sometimes causes the cd to jam in the player. SO what size should I use to put on the CD ?

Buy the printable CD's - they are white and come with the label fixed to the CD. I have never had a problem with these, coming loose, jamming a CD player or any other problems except fading after a long period of time, or a short period of time if left in the sun.
If you're really concerned, just put your songs onto your laptop / mobile phone / iPad, etc (don't rely on streaming though, it's not a good idea unless you're certain the signal will be strong). Bring the device and just cue up from there. Plenty of people do this, and hand them your business card with a link to your music if they want it. These are a few ideas.
