I've been looking at Cinesamples' Core bundle; it's pretty composer-friendly as symphonic libraries go, sounds amazing and for what you get, it's pretty affordable, though maybe not as flexible as LASS, Kirk Hunter or Vienna Symphonic Library. I bought a lite version that's great for quick sketches and layering.
