I've read that usually U.S based (and perhaps others) music library / music supervisor who are signing music first time for taxi member will ask information about PRO along with other info.
Now, since I'm outside USA (Finland) and I'm member already on my local Finnish PRO (Teosto) should I do something of the following options:
1) Giving that U.S library / music supervisor my Finnish PRO member information? I've heard these PRO's will do collaborations.
2) I'd need to sign in to U.S PRO either ASCAP or BMI and give such member information?
3) Libraries / supervisor can need either of above so I should be signed to both my local Finnish PRO and ASCAP / BMI and should proceed according what music company asks?
I'd love to see some example of signing form that these music companies usually will use so that I could prepare myself in case opportunity comes fast and needs fast reactions.
By the way, TAXI staff, wouldn't this practical topic be very useful to handle i.e in Taxi TV where you could just show some of most common signing forms used in this business?

Not too much to worry about, if you are already registered with your PRO in Finland you don't need (and can't) register with a US PRO, but all the PROs have reciprocal agreements with each other.
So if you sign with a US library, you'll give them your Teosto information and this will get registered and the income should pass through Teosto and on to you (though it will take more time).
