I'm not familiar with Logic pro x or the patches of which you speak. However, because I'm a logical genius,mikehamm123 wrote:Any Logic geniuses have Pro X and are having trouble with the "Cinematic" patches distorting?
Such as Erosion and SFX 1.
The fader is not too high, I have plenty of CPU to spare. I don't think its the I/O Buffer size .
All the other patches work fine.
But many of the Cinematic patches distort, sounds like static.
Thanks in advance!

p.s. There must be a key command as well because I somehow did it on the fly.

Select a portion of audio and loop it, and play around with a hi-pass filter or notch filter, and see if it disappears. If the resonation is occuring within your monitors or headphones, it's possible others won't hear it, or you might hear it on the monitors, not on the headphones and vice versa.
