Well, I think it's best to be honest to receive honest comments back. It's very important! Everything works fine though, but the layout as mentioned before, is a bit predated. And another thing to all of us: Don't add links with no information, it's better to make a new link when you have something there. Clicking on an empty link is only frustrating. My advice is: Surf around and look at other members web sites. Always feel free to ask as well for help!

Orest, I really appreciate everybody's honesty and hope I havn´t give you another impression. I have updated the site but it´s not finished but it´s better, thanks to you all. I will take some pictures of my studio and make a collage for the background. I´m sorry about the empty links and I agree with you. It´s frustrating.

Hi lindpop,I like the concept of a desaturated background and colored buttons and information-- that's a nice idea. Plus, I like your color contract ideas. I can see this all working, though if I could be honest, the page could be tightened up an organized a little better for ease of use. I find my eyes trying to organize and figure out what is presented, and generally it's easier if your visitors don't have to do that. In a nutshell, here's my suggestions (hope I haven't gotten too carried away!):(1) As Dave said-- organize all the buttons along one side rather than smattered about the page. Easier to see where to go for visitors. (Then keep them in the same spots on all the pages-- it seems you've already done this.) Personally, I'd put them on the left and clear off the header (and maybe even narrow the header a bit)(2) Make sure you can read your text-- rather than running it over your faded photo in your bio, maybe try using the same photo, enlarged B/W, and putting the text (a little larger, in white)off to the right to better balance the page. Kind of looks like everything is a little cramped in there right now...(3) Okay... I took a break from this note and did two very quick mock up pages for you with some of my ideas. You can take 'em or leave 'em-- I tweaked the header to be more narrow (slightly), moved your header text to the right, kept the main buttons on the left side, expanded the graphic in the main body, and put all the music files on the music page. I'd title your pages somehow too-- helps people remember where they are.So for starters, I uploaded a few of my initial ideas for your home page (added a few quotes, but you can do whatever you might like to balance out the page), and for your music page-- I didn't want to post such a large graphic here (and I think yousendit will keep it for 7 days):Here's the homepage idea:www.yousendit.com/download/U0d5RGx6TStFc0x2Wmc9PQ And here's the music page:http://www.yousendit.com/download/U0d5R ... S3BjR0E9PQ Just my ideas for now, if you decide to keep your graphic ideas. I kept some of your design for ease sake, and althought I like the color contrast vs. desaturation idea, the square visuals of the buttons are not easy to read. I might consider other buttons instead (except perhaps for the music files). There are a lot of things to consider, including general layout, and the suggestions above for website designs are good ones. I know there's many of us here on the forums who do graphic designs and website designs and all, so you'll get lots of feedback I'm sure! Good luck to you!! Raags

Well, the site is better looking this way, but as you said, there are still a few things to do. Another thing, use ' not ´ when you are typing haven't shouldn't aren't and so on. I did the same thing a while ago typing aren't, aren´t. I like your country tunes!
