How do you record rubato piano solos?

I was thinking of you when I messed with my L.H. eighth note arpeggios recently --- did the velocities at 47, 45, 45, 43 as you suggested. So someone is LISTENING to your good advice!

BTW, did you just get a library deal? Congratulations! I thought I saw you mention it on another forum. Why don't you post it in "Success Stories"

Just to clarify a small detail Henrietta, velocity changes and variations depend largely on the library you're using.. sometimes a 2 unit of velocity would make a huge difference if the different samples were around the values. So always trust your ears and I'm super glad it's working out for you
