THANKS everyone!!!! This has been a really good week. Signed my first ever single-song contract with a small indie publisher on Monday, Tuesday got a "maybe" on one of my songs from an indie singer in Canada, Thursday I got the Taxi Push forward and this morning interest in another one of my songs from an indie country singer. The cool thing is, I only have seven songs I pitch, and each one of these has been for a different song. They're all baby steps, but at least they're in the right direction!!

The way I look at it Andy, I'll take a "maybe" over a "hell no!" anyday.Hey Warren, I'm going to buy you a near beer (or maybe a Shirley Temple) with my first royalty check, even though it probably won't be enough to even cover the tip!
