logic pro 9.1.8 with Complete 10 U

Hi K10 U IS INSTALLING ON MY MAC .ONCE EVERYTHING IS INSTALLED, not to sound like an idiot how does it work with logic specifically logic 9.1.8 can you mix and match logic and k10u can i drop a K10U SOUND IN A LOGIC region COMPOSITION? I know this sounds stupid ,my musical skills are much better than my tech skills so any help would be appreciated
