Do all the songs on your website need to be forwarded material? Is it okay to have songs on your web site that have not been forwarded

Which website are you speaking of? Taxi or no, it's up to you what to put on your website.

I like to put only examples of my finished work out in public. I usually don't post works in progress or ideas and sketches - unless they are private and I am looking for feedback. And then I take them down pretty quickly.

You never know who is listening to your stuff on any given site, and I always want my best foot forward, just in case they want to offer me a deal - which has happened.

Ah... I have a separate account on soundcloud for my works in progress, and give private links if I'm seeking feedback.

On my public site I only have music that has been forward and/or signed and/or placed.

Sorry I misunderstood the question hehe
