Looks fantastic Nathan! I bet it sounds great in there.

Just wondering what type of banjo you have there?

Thanks guys!

Hey Andy! Family is doing great :)! Looking forward to seeing you at the rally again this fall.

Yeah Les! I was amazed at what a difference the treatment made for the sound, both recording and mixing. I ran a snake from a small server room in my basement out to my studio. So the room is completely quiet with no cooling fans to interfere with tracking.

It's actually a guitarjo or whatever you call them. I have a 4 string claw hammer banjo as well, but the one in the pic is my me cheapy Hohner 6 string I use for playing lead melody lines. I actually do a lot more lead work on the banjo as a counter melody to my fiddle. More Celtic influenced than bluegrass. I used the Hohner quite a bit in one of my songs "Cateran" https://soundcloud.com/mrdjchameleon/cateran

You can't make music fun..... It is fun! You can however make it a drag.

Great looking room! I especially love the ceiling and its treatment!
Onward and upward!
