Inspired by some of the more humble setups on the site, I thought I'd share mine.
The room is a small, dense-walled, poorly-ventilated, mold-ridden spare room in a basement flat in London, UK (the window is about eye-level with the pavement / sidewalk).
I've basically given up on it as a monitoring environment (hence the clutter / giant rubber duck around the speakers).
Software:
Pro Tools 12
Komplete Ultimate 10
iZotope Ozone 7
Altiverb 7
(The last two were complete game-changers)
Hardware:
Alesis iO2
Yamaha HS50M monitors (never used because of the room)
Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pros (heavily relied on because of the room! Plus an assortment of ear buds and other headphones for comparisons)
A fairly powerful PC but I forget the specs
Goodmans grotbox (under the rubber duck)
There's also a Samson CO1 condenser mic and one of those portable vocal-booths-on-a-stand but I don't often get to use them.
Instruments:
Yamaha DTX 450K electronic drum kit routed into the Alesis (manually play drums and orchestral percussion in as MIDI then play with samples)
Oxygen49 keyboard (via Alesis)
US Fender Strat, no idea years and so on - had it for about 20
Fender Squire Jazz bass
Gibson SG Gothic Special (from my Nu Metal days

Limited edition Dean ML X (a wedding gift)
Generic Fender acoustic
Oh, and the slightly sinister "Trust Us" poster is from Roger Waters' tour of The Wall in 2011
