Hey Paulie/Graham...
Checked out the video and dug how they visualized the plugin.
Downloaded and then it had a weird crash/hiccup while installing
Canceled install and started over. Figured I'd give it one more chance (I try not to take too many risks)
Same hiccup on install but it kept going and finally did install
Opened up a project that I had just married a kick to a bass. I spent a bunch of time on it the previous day.
Plugin opened up perfectly in Cubase Pro 8.5
But...
Maybe I missed something...
The Plugin didn't look anything like what I saw in the video.
Seemed pretty cheesy. I put one on the bass and one on the drums and goofed around for half an hour.
The only effect I noticed... It only made things worse sounding for me.
Then I had to hunt for the folder, wasn't happy about that as I was trying to uninstall it as fast as I could and get back to something productive! :D

I'll bet you though that I did miss something about this.
Happy to hear if anyone has something positive about it.
On the good side, it made me feel a lot better about my original mix

Neutrino is a teaser that leads to Neutron which is an incredible tool
You just have to watch some vids on you tube to understand the essence of what it does

Neutrino to me didn't do that much
I have Neutron advanced and it is very helpful

To my ears the difference is subtle. You have to turn the detail and amount nobs far to the right to hear any difference. For me it seemed to clean up my bass a little, and level out the drum buss some. But I have shitty ears and am still struggling with mixing so take this with a grain of salt. :)

I DL'd and installed Neutrino and listening to the videos I can definitely hear it working, and I like what I hear. Thing is, I can get as good or better results from plugins I already have, though they're a bit more fiddly to use because they provide so much more control. Ultimately I think this is a product for people who want a shortcut instead of learning to mix; I could never recommend such, but if you like the sound you get, who's gonna argue with that? Not me.

I can second what Don has said here. Neutrino is only a small element of Neutron. The coolest aspect of Neutron is it will show you frequencies that are masking each other when you compare two tracks. Not only does it help a ton in cleaning up mixes, but it's also a great learning tool because you can see what it is doing to fix problems.
