I have to Watermark a bunch of tunes, something I've never done before, any tips for software, techniques, best practices, etc...?

Well, to answer my own question in case anyone else should ever find themselves in need of Watermarking, there is a a website called Trusted Audio where you can upload your songs and watermark them for free. Pretty cool.

Good to know. I theenk most of us simply assume that our data are being protected. My opinion is if you're not taking steps, someone else probably is.

You never know what scenario might require you to Watermark. In my case I had written a bunch of Work for Hire tunes for some games last year. I wanted to use some of them in a promo reel I'm putting together. The company gave me permission to use them as long as they're watermarked. Once I discovered the website it turns out to be pretty easy.
