Yep! I think you need to convert to AIFF within itunes in order for it to stick, right? I always forget: do you convert to aiff first and then add your tags or do you tag first and then convert to aiff? Or does it matter?

i usually bring the stuff in as WAV, then tag, then convert to mp3 and AIF and the tags stick. I didn't experiment with other ways.
