Can't activate NI symphony string series in my komplete 5

I downloaded symphony string ensemble series from NI I Loaded it in my kontack 5 library. it said to activate it by putting in the serial # which I did it said activation was successful. NOT! Also, it doesn't stay in the library only for maybe 7min it says demo. I 'm running it with logic pro 9. Ron
Any help would be great. I did contact NI Here's what they said Michael @ NI (Native Instruments)

Open komplete kontrol in stand-alone mode. This will help it to establish the database so that it can find the product.

Ron, I think if you only had Kontakt 5, it would have worked, but because you have Komplete 5, it is overseer of Kontakt 5, or Kontakt 5 is contained in Komplete 5, so you need to open Komplete 5, not inside Logic, but as a standalone, and it should automatically search for all the programs and activations. There is probably a manual scan button on a settings page that you can scan certain hard drives, etc. if it doesn't do it automatically, there is probably a box to check if you want it to rescan locations automatically when it is opened and is probably checked by default. I don't know for sure, because I don't have Komplete.
