Well... saw this in a catalogue, but there may be some issues with getting the proper permits.
There may be other concerns, too...

Maybe "wireless" is the answer.

A fire lookout tower for a trailer park!

Here's one for the more affluent neighborhoods, in fire country. Issues with permits? Really?

It's wireless also, see the antennae!

I believe it also has a couple options, Acorn stair lift or elevator.

Okay - that's cool, but it doesn't look like enough room for a full drum set!... not even my combo kit.

It's bigger than it looks, and higher up than it looks, which you'll notice after you climb all those stairs!
