problem with symphonic string series

Hello Why do I get a sharp string sound after I lift my finger from the keyboard.? USING NATIVE INSTRUMENTS SYMPHONIC STRING SERIES. SO I play a note on the keys I lift my finger to move to next note but, there is sharp percussive string after very disturbing. especially when you want a slow attack
