Happy I finally joined Taxi!

Hi friends,

I graduated from Berklee College of Music over 10 years ago, played multiple instruments in groups ever since with varying degrees of success, and I've always been eyeing Taxi as a way to break into making music for commercials, TV, and movies. I actually majored briefly in film scoring but couldn't hang with the classical theory. Jazz theory was my thing. Anyway...

I now teach full time and was able to join Taxi as an Xmas present to myself and I'm glad I did. I've had a 50% forward success rate since January with three forwards and three that need more work. I've signed with one library, so I'll be sprucing up the rejected tracks and sending them to the library from here on out. It felt really good to get some positive feedback on the forwarded tracks and constructive criticism on the rejected ones. I've always been more productive when given deadlines, so Taxi feels like it is worth the money even if nothing comes of it.

Any advice for a library noob? I've submitted a bunch of tracks to them but they are not posted yet (apparently it takes 3-6 weeks).
