"Success" Story, Forward and Sign but 1 question

Hi there, this a story of "success" but I also need your help to sort something out.
Started here on May, I have 11 Forwards and 11 Returns. Signed 2 tracks. I am very happy with the outcome and really looking forward to what Taxi can bring to my life.

Now the question for you girls and boys, that have more experience.
I have several tracks that were forwarded but I didn't get any response from the library for 2 months.
How long do you wait to send those tracks to another place/listing?
I read somewhere that I should send them anyway and if the library gets back, negotiate with them or offer to create a new track.
But I would love to read what you think or do.
