I don't use samples, and I there is no quantizing. The drums are 100% acoustic and live as well as the guitar. The piano and vibes are live, but midi to record, again, not quantized.
I'm just venting, but both tunes had the same notes, Faithful was rejected for the piano solo, but the same comment about live feeling.
"I think this needs more of a live sounding groove, but the arrangement, instrumentation, and feel are still pretty good."
My guitar playing isn't that good that it can be mistaken for a quantized loop

Several INSTRUMENTAL VERSIONS of PUBLIC DOMAIN CHRISTMAS SONGS are needed by a hard-working Music Library with distribution in over 35 countries that’s constantly landing cool placements in TV Shows.
They’re looking for quite a few Instrumentals that would fall in the general stylistic wheelhouse of the following references:
"Jingle Bells"
"Silent Night" by Michael Bublé
"The First Noel" by David Archuleta
Although some of the references have vocals, please submit Instrumentals only for this pitch.
Quoting the Company: "We're looking for Instrumentals that feel traditional and sweet with instrumentation like Piano, Guitars, sleigh bells, strings, music box, etc."
Please submit Instrumental renditions on Public Domain Christmas Songs that will get listeners in the holiday spirit! Your submissions should have top-notch production and a "traditional and sweet" sound – don't try to go too far out of the box here. Your Instrumentals can range from simple arrangements up to bigger, more fully developed productions; just be sure to stick as close to the songs' original melodies as possible so they're familiar to listeners.
TAXI Tip: If you’re going to be using samples or Virtual Instruments, please make sure they sound convincing and real. Please avoid submitting anything that sounds synthetic or obviously MIDI-driven and quantized.
