Halloween forward!

A Wide Range of HALLOWEEN INSTRUMENTALS and/or INSTRUMENTAL CUES is needed for a TAXI COMPILATION going directly to A WHOLE BUNCH of our favorite Music Licensing Companies for Film and TV placements!

We’re not giving references for this request, as we think they may be too limiting. Your submissions can range from kitschy and spooky to eerie and ominous for this pitch – just no Drone Instrumentals/Cues, please!

Please submit well-composed Instrumentals (or Cues) that could put a chill down the viewers' spine! Your submissions should have polished production, eerie melodies, and lots of creepy ear candy! Any software sounds or samples you use should sound current and not dated. Imagine the type of music you might hear playing in a haunted house or at a Halloween party – that's what we're looking for!

Our A&R team will have a simple mandate: Is it GREAT? Does it scream "Halloween"? Does it sound ready to go as it is? Would it work well for placements in Film and TV?

All submissions should be about 2 to 4 minutes long for Instrumentals and roughly 90 seconds to 2 minutes for Cues, give or take. Broadcast Quality is needed.

Because the selected music will be going directly to many different Music Licensing Companies, deal terms may vary. However, since some of the Companies are EXCLUSIVE Libraries, we ask that the Instrumentals (or Cues) you pitch for this request are NOT already signed with other Companies or Catalogs. That includes any monetization or publishing administration deals with online distributors like CDBaby, TuneCore, etc. You must own or control your Master and Copyright to submit. Please submit as many Instrumentals and/or Cues as you’d like, online or per CD. All submissions will be screened and critiqued by TAXI. I like the whistling, it's such a happy, relaxed tune that it creates the typical field of tension between something normally associated with fun and the viewer just knowing that behind the facade evil is lurking. Like Stephen King's "It". Great that this was forwarded. Had I submitted it, I had probably gotten a return with "too repetitive" on this one. But your cue in my opinion is good.
