The DAW, the virtual instruments, and all plugins used to produce this orchestral piece were FREE. :o
Congratulations Tom...Is this the free BBC Orchestral stuff ?

Now imagine what you could do with some investment in your tools 8-)

But I should add: Not counted in the cost was the large amount of money my parents paid for private music lessons from age 4 to age 18, and the purchase of a French horn that cost the equivalent of a small car
Really ? Wow..I'm the opposite, never had any aptitude towards music and zero lessons. Taught myself once computers made it possible for me. My guitar was rescued from a skip ! The most money I ever spent was £3k on the original ADAT & MIxer back in the 90s..that was more than my first car.

Congrats - was impressed when I heard it in your peer review thread and wouldn't be surprised if it is picked up.
