Did you listen recently? It's been updated to use different chords. Using maj7s, a min7, a 6 chord... No pure minor chords. We still may not be there but it's not as sad as before. Thanks.

Yes but those chords would still have a root, third , fifth then the added 7th I assume...but it's the third than makes them feel major or minor...so if you miss it out it's more neutral sounding as it's neither one nor the other. Which is kinda what you want in meditation type music.

2. The synth is quite unsteady - I mean even while holding the same note, to an extent where it seems to be repeatedly almost abruptly fading away. I think it would need a much longer release and also more reverb.

Wouldn't be the patch I would have chosen
