New Member Looking for some mix and master feedback

My name if Kenny and I am a new Taxi Member. I would be grateful to get some feedback on specifically the mix and master of a new song that was created for a listing.

This is an outstanding song with tons of potential. The issues are the very things you are asking about...mixing and mastering. For the mix, first thing I notice is that the bass is way too loud. For mastering, you just cooked it way too much. What are you using for mastering software?

Bruddah! Thanks so much for posting the link and also the feed back. I see we are both in the 303 as well. I have been working with two other musicians in a private studio to cater to these listings. As long as we have been recording we are still learning so much when it comes to producing, mixing, and mastering so I can't express how much your response means. We use Ableton as a DAW and Ozone for mastering. Do you have any suggestions for other software? Is there anything that I or we can do for you in return? Please let me know if there is anyway we can be a resource to you.

Your song 'Sealed With A Kiss' seems to be mixed and mastered well to my ears.

I get the feeling the 'upfront' bass is part of your intended vibe of the song... right?

Just watch out for clipping.

I really like the syncopated feel rhythmically and your high vocals.
