I don't think this is going to get the nod here as the lead guitar just doesn't have that blues soul spirit. Also, middle part with the keyboard solo might be too "happy" and get away from the blues. But a lot could be done with this by working on it more on your own or with a collaborator.

I have done a collaboration with someone who wrote lyrics and had a female blues singer for this about a year ago. He changed up the arrangement as well. We haven't found a home for that one yet.

But, to be accurate - the song version is still a work-in-progress, due to that old WFH issue.
So - while others are writing, submitting, forgetting...
I'm not ready to abandon hope for our collaboration just yet.
