Emotionally uplifting orchestral/piano instrumental

Hey team!

Curious as to what you guys think of this orchestral/piano cue :

For listing S220428PS, sent it as is already but willing to rework and resend if there's something obvious I need to add/remove.

Thanks in advance for your time!

Hey Jay!
This is a really good track!! I would certainly think that this could get signed/placed, but not sure if it's right for tis listing. The examples were a little more calm and not as intense. To me this seems more like a trailer than an instrumental cue, also you should really try and keep the length to what they are asking.

With that being said, I think there are some upcoming listings that would be a better fit, cause honestly this is a good track!

Not sure if you are a Dispatch member, but here's 2 listings that you may want look at and consider submitting-

ANTHEMIC ORCHESTRAL and/or ORCHESTRAL HYBRID INSTRUMENTAL CUES - TAXI # D220428SR
https://www.taxi.com/industry#listing-D220428SR
again they want it kept to around 2 mins

This one may be the better of the two for your piece..
Lots of ORCHESTRAL TRAILER-Style INSTRUMENTALS - TAXI # D220515RH
https://www.taxi.com/industry#listing-D220515RH

I didn't listen to any of these examples, just going off the description..

take care,
Erik

Wow! I also agree that this is an awesome track. But unfortunately I second that I don't think it fits this listing. In addition to giving off trailer vibes and being a bit longer than the requested duration, the listing specified a piano/string emphasis. I don't hear the piano come in for quite a while in this piece. While I do think there's an uplifting quality to your instrumental, I personally think there are too many minor chords. I usually stick with Is, IVs, and Vs as much as I can for this kind of request, and I don't think I would start with a minor chord. Just my opinion!

Really great piece though. I wish you the best with it!

I agree with Brent. A little more serious than uplifting and no piano until far into the track. Great track, though! :D

Good track, nice movement and nice build but I have to agree with the others it is not on target for this listening in my opinion - it sounds like a really good 3 act trailer cue - the references are much more subdued. Good luck
