I need some insight about this track that I called "Dramedy Mix", but it's not the final title of course.
Actually what I'm mostly interested is your opinion about mixing, but everything you have to say about arrangement and structure will be warmly welcomed too.

Lots of DRAMEDY INSTRUMENTALS are needed by a very busy British Music Library that's constantly landing tons of placements in Film, TV, and other Media.
This Library is looking for a range of Instrumentals that could fit on a playlist with the following references:

Please submit well-produced Dramedy Instrumentals that could help set the tone in Film, TV, and other media placements. Your submissions can range from sparse and quirky to dark and sombre – to anywhere in between! Your submissions should have memorable motifs, solid arrangements, and polished production. Orchestral-based instrumentation that is generally similar to the references will suit your submissions best. You can incorporate some additional elements (like Hip-Hop beats), as long as the orchestral elements stay the focal element. Craft your pieces around a central motif, and create a sense of forward dynamics and movement by layering instrumentation in and out as they progress. We recommend avoiding anything that sounds overly busy as it could distract from a scene’s dialogue. Please be sure any virtual sounds or instruments you use are high-quality and modern.
Your submissions should be about 2 to 3 minutes long, give or take. Non-faded, buttoned endings with good edit points are needed for this pitch. Do NOT copy the referenced example in any way shape or form. Use it only as a general guide for tempo, tone, texture, and overall vibe. Broadcast Quality is needed.

I think it's very good.
I don't hear any major mix issues on this end. The ref tracks sound a bit more sneaky / lighter on their feet to me, whereas yours is more full and thick sounding from the get go. It's probably as much of a subjective balance and arrangement thing as it is a mix thing.
If I was nitpicking I'd say try to lighten up the intro and try dialing back the instruments that are adding a thicker texture like keys and basses and keep them for later in the track when so when we get to 25s we feel more of a development in the arrangement.
I like the section at 52s but I think the hats are too loud and I might try high pass filtering some of the low/mids out of them so they don't mask the other instruments.
I think you will have a good chance with this, good luck.

I thought it was good, the mix overall was ok by me - but you are clipping the very top as the wave file looks like it got a buzz cut. I am not sure if that is an issue but the screeners I have learned are very picky. The middle section loses a bit of the playfulness and gets a bit spooky for me but not sure what the screeners will think. I like, good job and best of luck
