All submissions should be about 2 to 4 minutes long (give or take) with non-faded, buttoned/stinger endings. Do NOT copy the references in any way, shape, or form. Use them only as a general guide for tempo, tone, texture, and overall vibe. Broadcast Quality is needed.

It feels too soft and sad to me for a news piece of this type. Needs more hard hitting umph like the Bloomberg reference. Might be too minor key oriented.

I agree with Casey, Your cue is for an 'Unsolved Mysteries' or 'Ghost Hunters' type of program.

Re: Finance and economics instrumental for expired listing #S221008F
Thanks, Alan for your post and Casey and Crash Gates for their earlier comments. I accept that my track may be out of kilter, strictly, with the references. Personally, I would see my music as being more akin to the type of cue which I used to hear on cable TV, where the broadcaster took a break, while the TV channels which took their feed, gave those other channels a couple of minutes to run their own ads, while the cable channel showed a ticker tape style of share/commodities/futures, etc. prices to a looped cue, until finally the main show re-commenced. I seem to have overlooked in error that this type of scenario was not at all intended to be covered by the references. I might say that I am confused by Alan's reference to "Unsolved Mysteries" and 'Ghost Hunters', though I accept that my music might be inappropriately targeted in this instance, in the sense that it might be out of sync generally with the requirements for modern financial cues and out of sync specifically with the references.
So, a genuine thanks for taking the time to listen and comment, and I am sure that I will learn something from this for future reference.
Cheers
Michael

I do agree that the references have overall a more aggressive feeling than yours, Michael.
Also, the listing asks for an instrumental, 2-4 minutes long. I think what you have here is a cue, and it's under two minutes.
