The mix is impeccable. Lyrically it could use more magic but if that’s not what you’re going for that’s totally cool. I thoroughly enjoyed this. I like the panning you did with the vocals and the lead vocal tone. The arrangement is really well done. Can definitely see this showcasing like people partying in Dubai or something. Never been to Dubai it I hear it’s Hot Fun.

Production is Top Notch...highly licensable!
Just my opinion here...
I would lose to vocal/lyrics and pitch this as a Pop Instrumental...it's a definite forward, and will absolutely get signed...and most likely get you lots of TV placements, if that's what your goal is. It's really stellar as an instrumental.
For a song listing, I find the vocals to be a little pitchy and the lyrics are very rudimentary (under-developed). I would get this signed as an instrumental, and provide a WITH VOCALS version to the library you are working with. So much potential here. Best of luck with it.

Thanks for listening and writing. I realize that the lyrics are overly simplistic. I was trying to find a middle ground between a "party chant" approach and a full fledge lyric. I'm glad that you enjoyed it. This week in Austin will be the beginning of 100 degree weather. It will be hot. It remains to be seen how fun it is.Hershthaprophet wrote: ↑Fri Jun 09, 2023 2:43 amThe mix is impeccable. Thanks for listening and writing, Jeff. Your idea of pitching it as a pop instrumental with a vocal version available is interesting. I'm glad that you enjoyed it.jefflaplante wrote: ↑Fri Jun 09, 2023 2:37 pmProduction is Top Notch...highly licensable!
